When you are starting a new diet or weight loss plan, or trying to maintain your current dieting efforts, you need a lot of support. In our dieting question of the week, we hope to address your most common weight loss questions and concerns.
This week’s dieting question:
What are the little things you do that help to maintain your weight problem?
Very small changes can be the biggest factor in solving problems.
Exercise
- List 10 things that you do each day that keep your weight problem going.
- Put this list in order of importance from 1 to 10, starting with the thing you do that most perpetuates the problem.
- Next, list something you can do as a good alternative to each thing.
